WHAT WE DO
Electrical Training Academy's "Bootcamp" program is a unique, accelerated and affordable pre-apprenticeship electrical program designed to supply ambitious workers to the future of the electrical industry. Plus, all graduates will receive an OSHA-30 certification.
Our program provides pre-qualified employees to industry leaders who are charged with finding the future qualified workforce, and ensures our graduates enter the electrical field more ready than ever!
WHY WE DO IT
We are in the midst of an Industry Labor Shortage as baby boomers are continuing to retire which is causing a high demand for skilled electricians.
Younger generations are being misguided that attending college is the best option to succeed, but the ETA Bootcamp Leadership Team understands college is not for everyone, thus, providing a "Bootcamp" style program to help fill the enormous void in the electrical industry.
HOW WE DO IT
ETA Bootcamp stands by our success. We follow a strict recruiting process, accepting limited qualified applicants.
-
Our model students are ambitious, with great work ethic.
-
We train to the task - what an electrical industry leader needs and wants in a pre-apprentice.
-
We will help you to build an electrical guide book by graduation to be used for future reference.
-
Hands-on skills - Time-Sensitive - To beat the estimate!
-
We will help you to develop video resumes of specific electrical tasks showing the result of training to the task.
-
We are dedicated to mentoring all graduates to support them in their interviewing process with electrical industry leaders.

OUR TRAINING CONCEPT
MODULAR STYLE TRAINING
A module is 3 hours, 2 nights a week. After every 3 modules, you will be tested on your knowledge of the curriculum.
Our Bootcamp course is offered in 2 sessions:
-
September-April and January-June
-
Both sessions offer either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday classes from 5:30-8:30pm
Micro-learning lessons within the module include:
-
Repeating Short Bursts of Information
-
Reference Guide for Future
-
Videos of Tasks
-
Gamification
We specifically schedule our courses this way to allow our pre-apprentices to work during the day and learn at school at night.
HANDS-ON SKILLS
Unlike many other training programs, which focus heavily on textbook based learning, our course offers over 80% hands-on learning. Our students:
-
Learn their tools on night one
-
Are trained to perform specific tasks
-
Timed to beat the estimate
-
Learn basic skills to use hand tools and to recognize materials

To make sure our pre-apprentices become the best employees they can be, we require them to adhere to the following policies, to build good habits for the job-site early on.
-

-
3 Strike Rule
